STEP 1: Install Server DVL on Windows

Before using Remote AIO, install the Windows companion app.

STEP 3: Connect Both Devices to the Same Network

Make sure your Android phone and Windows PC are connected to the same local Wi-Fi or LAN network.

Auto discovery may not work if:

  • The phone is using mobile data.
  • The PC and phone are on different networks.
  • A VPN is enabled.
  • The router blocks local device discovery.
  • Windows Firewall blocks Server DVL.

STEP 4: Connect Remote AIO to Server DVL

Open Remote AIO on Android and choose one of the connection methods below.

AUTO CONNECTION

Use Auto connection when both devices are on the same Wi-Fi.

  1. Open Server DVL on the PC.
  2. Open Remote AIO on Android.
  3. Wait for available servers.
  4. Tap your PC/server card when it appears.

QR CONNECTION

Use QR connection for fast pairing.

  1. Open Server DVL on Windows.
  2. Go to the connection screen.
  3. Show the QR code.
  4. In Remote AIO, tap QR.
  5. Scan the QR code from the PC screen.

MANUAL IP CONNECTION

Use Manual IP when auto discovery is blocked.

  1. Open Server DVL on Windows.
  2. Find the PC IP address shown by the server.
  3. In Remote AIO, choose Manual.
  4. Enter the PC IP address.
  5. Use the port shown by Server DVL.
  6. Connect.

Common default ports:

  • Commands: TCP 5053
  • Files: TCP 5063
  • PC Mirror: TCP 5050

Use the port shown inside Server DVL if it is different.

After connection, Remote AIO shows the remote menu.

You will see the available remotes as compact cards. If a remote is disabled on Server DVL, Remote AIO will show it as unavailable. If a remote requires Pro, the app will explain that it must be unlocked through Server DVL.

If the phone cannot find the server:

  • Make sure Server DVL is open.
  • Make sure both devices are on the same Wi-Fi or LAN.
  • Disable VPN temporarily.
  • Avoid guest Wi-Fi networks.
  • Allow Server DVL through Windows Firewall on private networks.
  • Try QR connection.
  • Try Manual IP connection.

If QR scan does not work:

  • Increase PC screen brightness.
  • Keep the QR code inside the camera frame.
  • Move the phone slightly farther from the screen.
  • Clean the phone camera.
  • Try Manual IP connection.

If a remote says it is turned off:

  1. Open Server DVL on Windows.
  2. Go to the Remotes tab.

If PC Mirror is slow:

  • Lower FPS in Server DVL.
