Make sure both devices are connected to the same WiFi network.
If using USB, enable USB tethering on your Android device.
Restart Server DVL Pro and the Remote AIO app.
Restart your router if devices still don’t detect each other.
Disable VPN on both devices.
Ensure the QR code is fully visible on your PC screen.
Increase screen brightness.
Clean your phone camera lens.
Allow camera permission in Android settings.
Keep the phone steady and at proper distance.
Allow Server DVL Pro through Windows Defender Firewall.
Temporarily disable antivirus to test.
Make sure no other application is using the same port.
Restart both devices and reconnect.
These advanced tools are available only with Server DVL Pro.
Make sure you installed the Pro version.
Restart the server after upgrading.
Use a 5GHz WiFi network if available.
Reduce other heavy downloads or streaming.
Close background apps on your phone and PC.
For maximum stability, use USB tethering.
Open Windows Security → Firewall & Network Protection.
Click “Allow an app through firewall”.
Make sure Server DVL Pro is checked for Private networks.
If using third-party antivirus, add Server DVL Pro as an exception.
Enable USB tethering in Android settings.
Use a data-capable USB cable (not charging-only).
Try another USB port.
Reinstall USB drivers if needed.
Update to the latest version of both apps.
Restart your device.
Reinstall the Android app if necessary.
Make sure your Windows version is updated.
Ensure both devices are on the same local network.
Disable VPN.
Check if your router blocks local device discovery.
Use QR scan for direct pairing.
Always use a private local IP (example: 192.168.x.x).
Do not expose the server to public IP.
Avoid using public WiFi networks.
Keep your Windows firewall enabled.
Uninstall Server DVL Pro from Windows.
Restart your PC.
Reinstall the latest version.
Reinstall Remote AIO on Android if needed.
Reconnect devices.
